Children

Fairview is a community where children and families become believers in Christ so that we show God our love, grow in God's love, and give God's love away

What Should You Do If You Are a First Time Visitor?

On Sundays come to the children’s welcome window located in the main east wing entrance! Children ages 7 and under receive a name tag and a safe card each week. Parents with children under 4 also receive a pager. Parents with children above 7 years old will be guided to the appropriate classroom where their child will be.

On Wednesday nights come to the same children's welcome window.  The process is similar to Sundays.

Sunday School

Click Here for a short video about our exciting Sunday School Ministry.

Sunday School 9:45 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. We use interactive, multi-sensory activities, begin building a foundation of Scripture knowledge, incorporate a variety of teaching/learning styles, and seek to help the kids apply the Bible in their daily lives. Sunday School classes also do special activities and work on special mission projects together.

Atrium (aka Children's Church)

Click here for a brief video about Atrium.

(only during 11:00 service.)

After the children’s sermon, children K-2nd grade are welcome to either remain in worship or join us in Atrium. In Atrium, kids have a snack, worship together in a service specifically designed for them, and end each week with a time of recreation! Parents pick up children at the playground, gym, or the chapel depending on the weather and space availability.

Fusion

Fusion is an awesome yearlong ministry designed especially for 6th graders. It is a time for them to fuse as a group with the body of Christ through Bible study, life application, mission outreach, confirmation, and social activities. Social activities/special events are announced in Sunday School and/or emailed/mailed to your home. Fusion is designed to meet the unique spiritual and social needs or 6th graders.

Confirmation

The Fusion group journeys through confirmation together beginning in late March/early April of 2009. At the heart of Fusion is parent involvement and student commitment.
